I am having intermittent muscle spasms after doing the exercixes. Should these resolve with improved stretching and strengthening?
Hi Marti - It may be that you need to drink more water and/or that you are overdoing the exercises. I suggest you make sure you are well-hydrated before and after exercising. Also, experiment with doing less for a few days, or skipping a day now and then. You could do the exercises for a shorter time and/or with less intensity for a while. In my own case, these strategies have helped with muscle spasms. We need to be patient as our bodies adjust to new conditions and demands.
